I saw a Silverado in that same year range yesterday sagging in the middle, but nothing near that bad.

Then today I ran up on an older Chevy pickup, thinking mid to late 70's that was hauling a trailer that was LOADED down, and the bed of the truck was LOADED down. The truck was doing maybe 40 mph and everyone else was doing 70. I got stuck behind the dumbass in the left lane. I don't know how he didn't cause an accident.

Demotivator:

While I was away at work, my wife made an $85 order on Walmart.com. Well when I got home and saw the order, I saw that she sent it to an address which was in my account from when it was hacked. The order was already shipped, and now I can't get in touch with their customer service because it is closed. Is it that hard to look at where the item is shipping to before you order it?

Pissed at my wife and at walmart, but mainly my wife.

Sounds more like you're to blame, why did you still have a hacked address in your account??

I didn't realize it was saved as the primary address in the account. I thought at the time it was entered, that it was a one time thing. Also didn't realize my wife had access to my account. I always verify everything all the time of order because both my wife and I have quite a few prior addresses that are linked to many accounts. The account had a new password, but I guess I logged in on her computer before, or she ordered from my computer.

Anyhow, I believe I was able to get everything cancelled.

Moral of the story, verify your shipping address before you submit an order. Especially if you move around a lot and have a lot of addresses in your accounts. I have about 3 addresses that typically show up in my accounts now, and she has 3 as well (just share the current one now).

I did the same thing around the holidays. Moved into a new house 6-7 months ago and over the holidays ordered some stuff from Best Buy online. I get my statements from Best buy in the mail at the new house so I never bothered to check the shipping address. Turns out Best buy store had my old house still listed as primary and that is where they shipped the stuff to. I never realized it till I got the tracking email showing it was going to the old place. I thought no biggie as I have my mail forwarded. Nope USPS still sent it and delivered it to the old address. Needless to say it took them a week to get the package back as the homeowners didn't stick it back in the mailbox when they realized it was not theirs....

The best price on Amazon was $149.99. Found out Bed, Bath and Beyond had it for $99.99, plus, with a 20% off coupon, I only paid $79.99.

Kirby's aren't much better(I've had several and sold them a loooong time ago). About 30 inches of vac at the floor. Riccar will pull 70.

Of course, I'm talking elitist shit here. Only a single individual can truly determine what's right for their needs.

I've vacuum the floor with the Dyson and then with the Kirby right after... and I was just f*cking amazed how much the Dyson missed/left. We paid just as much for the Kirby as the Dyson, that's why I said that.

i can argue the same thing about my dyson over a bagged anything. point is, some of it may be newness of the machine, some of it may be that a vacuum can't pick up everything when the floor is caked with debris. i know with a fresh bag on a bissel and hitting my whole house, i went back with my dyson DC07 and had to empty the cannister after just 1 room.

imho, unless it uses some type of centripetal force to remove dirt, it's not worth a damn. and dyson did it first (and imho still best). hell, i had to listen to people preach about oreck, and those suck donkey balls.

Kirby is bagged. Kirby head weighs a f*cking ton, while the Dyson is plastic. You can literally see the Kirby lift the carpet up, not the Dyson ever (this is a DC14). And no, my floor is not caked with debris LOL. I try to vacuum 3-4 times a week because of the cats and the fact so many people that come over are allergic to cats LOL.

I looked at some Dysons, but I couldn't justify the price living in South Florida, where no one has carpeting. I've got all tile floors with a couple of throw rugs. The Shark can handle that just fine.

Weight aside, it is pretty wild. The issues they've hit tuning it are unfortunate though. Something that complex, trying to feed air evenly to that beast, had to figure it'd be a disaster.

It's about 200lbs heavier than a big block chevy, that's not too bad for what you would get (when tuned). This would be so cool in a mid-engine car.

Reminds of a story. A guy that used to work for me was driving my VW New Beetle one day. Finally calls me late in the day and says how the hell do you get around in this car with no reverse? DID FRONT AND REAR. SAND BLASTED THEM FIRST AND USED RED CALIPER PAINT 4 COATS FOLLOWED BY 3 COATS OF CLEAR.
ALSO PRESS DRILLED THE ROTORS FRONT AND BACK. I KNOW THAT THEY SELL THEM BUT IT WAS CHEAPER TO DO IT MYSELF BESIDES THEY WERE NEVER CUT BEFORE SO THEY STILL HAVE A LOT OF LIFE IN THEM.
USED THE SAME BOLTS AND HARDWARE ALL WERE IN GOOD CONDITION VEHICLE ONLY HAS 55K.

The real sad part is he (as well as other members) thought it was perfectly fine and would do no harm to the pads. I even tried to explain what rattle can caliper paint does to sandpaper, but nope "it's perfectly safe and fine". Apparently seven layers of paint will just disappear LOL.

Nope, said the paint just disappeared after a "few braking sessions". Oddly enough, haven't really seen him post lately. I know he won't post when his self-drilled rotors crack to shit either, nobody ever post their failures so we can all say "told you so :p".

My black labrador isn't the brighter crayon in the box either... but I'm going to blame his chocolate daddy. Chocolates are usually the dumbest of the labrador breed for whatever reason. However, my huskies live up to their breed reputations. But as I get older, I almost prefer cats to dogs, cats are more independent. The huskies cannot be boarded, as they don't handle a kennel/cage very well, so that really limits our travel plans.
