Not the point of the picture but I agree. You can literally lift a true carbon fiber bike off the ground with two fingers with ease. My buddy has one and it weighs almost nothing.

6061aluminum, completely show room stock, and probably is in the 16.5 - 17.5lbs range. Very nice bike for sure.

Truth be known, I don't waste my money on any of that shit. What I can make at home is 1) better b) cheaper. It's been years since I've been to any of those places. I've been to Hooters in maybe 30 different cities, and some cities, in multiple locations. There's definitely a difference in food quality and waitress quality depending on where you go. The Costa Mesa, Hollywood, Ca. and Myrtle Beach, SC locations had some of the hottest waitresses you could imagine while Salt Lake City has some of the homeliest. The wings have been outstanding at the Mission Valley, Ca. and in Memphis, TN locations while they pretty much sucked at the Rancho Cordova, Ca. and Tuscon, AZ locations.

besides, even if it's overhead, it takes about .5 seconds for me to rip it free and sling it.

TN has it, and I don't particularly mind it since they at least have distribution centers here (in Chattanooga anyhow), just like I don't mind Newegg charging taxes since they have distribution centers out by Memphis. I really think the reason for the rioting is less an explanation than the result is. They get to break into stores en-mass and take stuff home for free. If they did that in a group of 2 or 3, they'd be hunted down by the police and prosecuted. In a group of 50 to 100, there's just too many of them to be able to pick out 1 or 2 or 10 and pursue them for criminal charges. Yeah, there's the video, but it's tough to tell who's who. You'd need a camera man on the ground to get faces, and we all know what would happen to that camera man.
