Meanwhile the welds on my "3S" I did tonight looked like Ray Charles did them with a harbor freight welder.
What did you do chris? Btw when did you say you needed that hoist back by?
Don't hate on the HF Welders! get GOOD Wire and Gas, and you can do some pretty good work with them![]()
I have a pretty nice Hobart welder and a damn fine bottle of 75/25 mix.
blake: I "welded" parts of my oil pan. I'm not in a real big hurry to get the hoist back, but Boomer would like to use it sooner than later.
Changed out upper wheel well plastics, added some ride height to the front. Tomorrow will align and maybe take some AWS vids.
R/T, do you do your own alignments? If so, care to share how you are doing it?
