1992 Kilder Green VR4 - First 4G swap in a 3S. 2.0, auto, awd. 9.65 at 143mph. Now LS swapped. 8.52 at 162.
Gave my tan leather interior to Sergechronos today and BS'd about 3S's of course.
Also completed the front WG dump which now goes between oil pan and o2/downpipe. Perfect.....
Now it's time to get to work if I am gong to get it in the car this weekend. To do list: shift kit in trans, mount trans cooler, drill tap VC for baffles, run VC through wife's dishwasher (shhhhh), install 280's, time engine, degree cams, drop the b!tch in, plumb fuel, wiring, buy AC belt (just remembered, I don't have one), prime oil, write new AEM series2 map, cross fingers, take a deep breath, fire it up, warm it up, check for leaks, drain oil and get back to work on everything that needs done!
More to do next weekend: Pull dash for gauges, complete 4" exhaust, complete rear wastegate, pull srs/abs wiring, install new not-blown speakers, install axles (waiting for my auto jackshaft to arrive), install DS, install cloth interior, new tires.......mash brake, mash gas, stall auto....BIG BURNOUT!

How are you liking the new AEM S2? I know I loved mine.
Seems like you're going all out this year?![]()
I liked series1. Haven't run series2 yet. Hope I can nail the startup tune since my ring seal is at risk if I overfuel.
Tired of breaking stock shit. Going back to built engine and hope for the best. Trying to get everything to work together for good rpm to hang on to 3rd gear in auto. 14bs will be screaming for mercy![]()

Slow going but ultimately accomplished quite a bit today.
Ran no VC baffles last year. Fine on straight blasts but would fill my catch can on winding roads so I stole the VC baffles left over from the 6g74. Drilled, tapped and locktite'd....
These went in, with BC springs, titanium retainers and BC cam gears.....
Degreeing in the cams....
Tomorrow will tackle the shift kit on trans and see how far I can get![]()

^ Looks Great! What size did you drill and tap the baffle for? I have had a bad feeling since getting mine powered coated and want to remove it to clean it, just hope its not to late.
4mm .70 thread pitch. Use a #30 drill bit.
Picked up some 94 glass 3000gt headlights on Wednesday for $100. Cleaned em up and re-sealed em today.
Before
After
The before does not show how bad they were. The entire inside had some sort of calcium layer that i scrubbed off with soap n water. Cant wait to mod my 1G front bumper to fit these (after welding in some 2g buckets).
