As I said on FB, great job, Karen. Chris and I are taking walks everyday right now, to help build back up his endurance. The new thyroid medication seems to have halted the weight gain, which I am so frickin thrilled about, but now I work on getting the weight to go back down. Glad to see there are some who are still making the effort.

12 days in and I have exercised 7 of the 12.

My knees are my worst enemy.
I don't know if they will get stronger as I loose weight and strengthen my legs or it will be something I'll need to bypass from now on.

The TapouT workout is awesome but proberly beyond my physical reach. A lot of the exercises I have to improvise but I have been trying hard to stay the full hour of the video.

LOL...If it is possible I think my fat is getting firmer.

I'm not so interested in what the scales say anymore but how I feel.

    Just Healthy!

you need to start working on strengthening your knees, my trainer is working on the same thing, if you don't fix your knees it forces other parts of your body to take up the slack and in turn causes other issues down the track... not what you wanted to hear I know :|

Well thought it was a mistake today so i positioned my self several time and re zero the scale couples time but.in down to 220!!! Ever closer to that 200 pound mark , might jot mean much to you guys but last time I was 220 was sophomore year highs school and 200 was eigth grade

I also never thought I would get down to this weight and retain so much strength , I 6 months ago I was able to do 5 pull UPS per. 1hr workout unassisted , now I'm doing 10 per set , usually about ten sets per workout and then completing another 5-10,with chair assist

I need to do that. It's something I could work at on my lunch break.

Well we all know exercise is a great stress reliever but something loaded full of carbs always wins out.
    You will do better tomorrow....Right?

    Oh!
Speaking of eating healthy I discovered Quinoa a month ago and just love it!
I cook mine with some chicken flavoring. It makes a great substitute for rice but a lot more healthy.
Our Kroger deli makes an Edamame Caviar that is really good mixed with it and can be eaten cold or hot.
