Mine was done by my coach with a hand held pinch test and tape measure. Muscle size and content makes all the difference . My core is so strong from the stuff I do abs just happen most of the time

15% they come and go based on the day lol . Right now I'm having some hormone issues the doc is trying to figure out. I'm losing muscle . Never let them tell you you are to sound for low t lol .
