I rarely drink soda's, I drink alot of water and if I don't have water then I drink either Gatorade or unsweet tea. My eating habits are more than likely my big issue here. And the fact that I love bread and peanut butter.

I need to find something consistent. I don't care about building muscle as I honestly have alot of muscle. I just want to burn my fat and get back down to the right size. My gut is a horrible situation.

So everybody please welcome, Lord LAZY to the group!
Only thing I would suggest is to get away from the Gatorade. Lots of sugar in those and you'd be surprised how much of a difference it makes.

Bread and peanut butter are fine as long as you're not doing it many times per day. I'd rather have a PB&J than a Big Mac if I'm trying to watch what I eat.

Red Wing peanut butter = best on earth
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

Went and had more tests run today. Looking like we have a culprit and hopefully will be confirmed in a day or two and then we can get down to treating it and I can get my life back. So happy to read the positives.

And Granny, I don't care what day it is....I frickin LOVE Snickers Ice Cream bars.
