Just putting this out there: If anyone has any questions on nutrtion or supplements or training advice, I am usually happy to help.
I got my PT cert back in college, I worked for 7 years with Vitamin Shoppe, 4 years hand in hand with Fit-RX.com and am on my 4th year with a bodybuilding supplement and protein company- Healthy'N Fit Nutritionals. Last I have done 3 bodybuilding competitions Placing in all and a minor powerlifting competition. I'm not the most muscular or best, but I know a bit.

So again, Let me know if you guys have any questions or hit a wall

Most good whey proteins will not have creatine in them...in fact I cant think of a single one. Simply pick up Healthy' N Fit- Whey or Integrated -whey or if you have a particular Whey you like.... and buy some good creatine monohydrate. Alll other creatines are Creatine monohydrate with a aided delivery system (ex: Krealkaline= Creatine mono + baking soda, Creatine malate= Creatine mono+malic acid, ect....) As long as you have a delivery for the Creatine it is fine
Protein quality is another whole discussion

I really have to laugh at myself.

The fact that I struggle with eating healthy is just stupid!
I raised 4 children and no one was overweight.

There was very little junk food because we were too poor to buy it and when we did buy things like chips and cookies they were rationed out.

Old fashion oatmeal was a regular for breakfast because it was cheap.

There was lots of veggies and fruits because they were 4 cans for a $1 and
even better when family would give you tons of fresh from their garden in the summer months.

Chicken breast was a versatile meat because it was .99 cents a pound and we could grind our hamburger from a lean sirloin roast for the same price.

A plate at dinner was portioned out with a meat, veggie and a carb like rice, noodles, potato or fruit.

Things were baked because oil to deep fry was too expensive.

Looking back things were not so bad after all.

I may be talking to myself again but here it goes...LOL

I got the TapouT packet yesterday.

I looked at the diet guide and it's basically about healthy eating.
Eat good carbs and fat with plenty of protein.

It talks about learning your body and how it reacts to food. There is a diary that helps you track what type of foods you eat and how it effects how you feel.
Eating a baked potato with salt and pepper is ok instead of deep fried FF.
And it's better to have a few bites of cake then trying to hold out and end up eating the whole thing later.

    It talks about being human.

I have to clear out an area to exercise and put up a TV and DVD player.
It's a 6 day on and 1 day off program so I'm thinking I will start it Saturday and have Friday as my day off.

Until then I want to start playing the DVD's..there are 12.

Dont worry granny I still read it coil sounds alittle more human than p90x , but truthfully the only thing that bothers me is when i stop in.a gas station and can't eat breakfast.pizza . I love that stuff . But i have found with.ny current exercise level coupled with the lean gains eating.habits I'm still dropout.g weight .
I only do four days a week p90x one of those days I also run and two days out of the week is running only .
The lean gains habits were bothersome at first but after an integration period it Does not even.bother me
