I got my PT cert back in college, I worked for 7 years with Vitamin Shoppe, 4 years hand in hand with Fit-RX.com and am on my 4th year with a bodybuilding supplement and protein company- Healthy'N Fit Nutritionals. Last I have done 3 bodybuilding competitions Placing in all and a minor powerlifting competition. I'm not the most muscular or best, but I know a bit.

coil sounds alittle more human than p90x , but truthfully the only thing that bothers me is when i stop in.a gas station and can't eat breakfast.pizza . I love that stuff . But i have found with.ny current exercise level coupled with the lean gains eating.habits I'm still dropout.g weight .
