    Ok here goes:
    Height : 5' 10"
    Weight: 205

    Goal: 170-175
    Next week I start working out everyday. I have vacation for the next two weeks so I am going to use the two weeks as motivation to getting fit. I haven't really ate anything in mass portions this week. I only eat until I am comfortable and then I stop.
