    Ah, that'll do it too!

Go ahead and disable both misfire bits in periphery 2. I think it's bit 4 and 5. Can't quite remember off the top of my head.

Disable bits 13, 14 and 15 of periphery 2 and that should take care of the rest of your CELs.

I have no idea why the car will start rough. Unless your plugs are fouled/ruined.
Considering the stock ecu fires right up, I doubt the plugs are bad. I'll try to get a hold of brett about getting a new harness, and post up the results from that.

    Wait a minute...

Are you running a cloned ECU or just a SOHC/diamanté ecu?

I think I know what the problem is but unfortunately that means sending it back to him.

It's not currently plugged in, so removing it isn't too much of a pain. What's the issue with it, and would it require me to send the harness back also?

Most of the clones Brett and Adam sell are remanufactured H8 ECUs from other Mitsus. Many mitsubishis didn't have the ignition coil setup. Instead they had distributer setups.

In laymans terms if you tried to run a distributer ECU in an ignition coil car like ours, the timing was out of phase while the motor is cranking. Brett and Adam fix this by installing the proper hardware on the distributer ECU board to run the coils. This piece is probably not functioning on your board, thus you have the cranking issue.

Have you spoken to Brett about this? I'm sure he will agree with this idea and will warranty your board. . AFAIK, you're the first customer to have a warranty issue. He's very thorough with his work, but shit happens.

I'm in contact with him but this is the first I'm hearing about this particular issue, I'll bring it up to him. If you were to make an educated guess, would this be the primary problem, or do you believe the front and rear o2's are still crossed as well?

    Berry true, Brett is awesome.

Quick question, will the write up explain injector, and maf setup in detail? Orrrr, should I get to researching like a mad man?
