(2) All ECUS before 96 have their O2 heater circuit outside of the ECU, so it is normal to receive a code (heater o2 sensor error). Disable it, bit 11 O2 HEATER CKT.
(3) Now that you have a 98/99 3000GT ECU equivalent, it is expecting two O2 sensors readings, and your car is only providing one. If you ignore this you will have problems. You should either [A] feed another O2 sensor reading (ie wideband simulated O2 wire), or [B] disable 4 (Closed loop), or [C] experiment with the peripheral options (ie. disable rear o2 sensor functions, etc)
