Well not today, but yesterday got the Bastard's engine down to the short block

There is a more detailed update posted in the revival thread. I got notice that the oil pump should be here tomorrow and water pump should be here Thursday. Once those are received, other than oil pump gasket (which should be here by next week at the latest), I should have everything I need for reassembly of the engine.

Well you know, just wouldn't be happy unless it always had something wrong with it

Because it is primarily for commuting. Back and forth to Ninja is 110 miles a day. My truck gets about 14-18mpg. Bike is 60mpg (with some folks reporting 70+.). In a few months or a year or so, once the bike is paid off and we are in an economically better position, Michelle will get it and I will get a bigger bike.

As it stands, its going to save about 200-300 a month even with payments and insurance.

Actul correct answer for why only one light. Hate the look personally because it does make it look like a light is out. I'm going to see if I can rectify that.

Yeah, at the moment only real way to change it up properly would be to retrofit some bixenon HID projectors in there for it.

Lighting mods will be happening though, along with eliminating the rear fender/tail piece. Ideally, some super bright LED brake and turn signals out back, flush mount high intensity LED side markers.

The one headlight look is from the suzuka endurance bike race, all the manufacturers carried it into the supersport street bike line.
