I LOVE my bendable magnet retrieval tool:
Master Magnetic 07229 19" Bendable Bend It Flexible Magnet - - Amazon.com

Tried that, I can't get it to come loose. It fell with the head of the bolt down and it's like it has gotten stuck on something or gotten wedged. I get the magnet on it, but it just can't stay attached for me to lift out of there. Going to try needle nose pliers of some kind if possible to avoid taking the heads off (because I'm lazy.)
May pick one of these up for future use.

That sounds like the day a valve cover bolt got stuck going back in on my TSI. As I pried the bolt up it launched up, bounced off the hood, and landed perfectly down the open spark plug hole.
I somehow was able to use a magnet and fish it back out the hole, and it BARELY fit coming out. Amazing it can fall straight in the way it did, but take me 45 minutes to get it out of there.

I was able to get my broken rear injector connector swapped out for a new one from Brad (Bradrs here), installed the freshly powder coated clutch inspection cover after needing to track down the new bolts from the parts stash & admired my most recent work for like five minutes. :P
I'm going back out in a bit to begin installing the transfer case's exo-skeleton & get that slipped on to the new OS & bolted down...Then I'm hoping to get to some more upper plenum polishing & get it ready for red powder between the lettering & fins.![]()

Well apparently the turn signal bulbs differ between 1G and 2G cars. All my turns and brake lights are 1157. Can someone with a 2G check your turn signal bulbs real quick for me and check if they are 1156?

I'm just posting what Sylvania says according to those links.
I honestly don't remember what is in my car.
Did a car show today, one of the benefits of living in Miami is winter time car shows. I placed 2nd in my class, which was anything 1990 and newer. First place... get this... was a 2014 Corvette? The guy buys a car, does nothing but maybe wash it a few times, and somehow that's worthy of a 1st place?? I've spent 19 years doing this and that to the car, I've replaced and improved almost everything on the car, and I get beat by a car fresh off the lot.
Anyway, I'm downloading the pics and I'll post them up later. Some pretty cool cars there today.
