Jim, that box is just a place to mount my fuse to the power wire that feeds the batteries in the trunk. Under that box is my ground block. The space to the left, I am hoping to have room for a meth tank.
And yes the factory sized battery interferes with the strut bar.

Yeah, the headlights and brake lights work fine. Just no running lights or dash lights. Thanks for the tip. I'll try this next. No power to the dimmer switch but main fuse under the hood is good. Weird thing is the problem started when a friend used the car for a week.
