If you fuck up either of those the parts are free... If you want back into the game C7 you could try that quality parts and a delivery date in writing for awhile until you clear your name A chance at redemption and to clear the air from the scent of shady vendor bullshit.

You can't peddle third hand thru vendors with the majority of folks here and expect your vendors to take the heat for you in dealing with quality control and delivery issues. If things are different and you've instituted new paradigms then try delivery and quality in writing or it's free... It's a hard road back and could be costly, but it's a way back and a chance at redemption.
personally, i'll keep the hood we both have until something "cooler" is offered.

C7 Carbon is owned by myself and Ryan. I manage the Production, Quality and Shipping. Ryan helps with the front side of the company and international business.

We also have a dedicated customer support team that answers our phones and replys to email.

I personally wanted to get back involved in the 3S community.

That hood was produced 2 to 3 years at a contractors (Peregrine) facility in Mexico when Cianci first moved to Mexico. I'm sure if Cianci had been contacted back then or even now a warranty would have been offered.

With any company there will always be some hick-ups, especially since these are hand crafted parts. However if there is a manufacturing defect, we do stand behind our products.

The words get bigger, and so does the questions dealing with the lacking of them in the past. These questions will need answered, and proof there of before you will gain the respect, and once had reputation of the products from years ago...

Deal with the fire you will feel in a respectable way, or go away.
Being that C7 is still somewhat new, I think that you will see a completley different company than any of the companys that were in the merger had independently. We have close to 30 people working here and we are always looking for ways to improve our process.

It depends on the body part ordered. But from Start to finish it can take a part 1 to 2 weeks to go from our production department all the way to our detail department then get QC to be put into our shipping department. Normally we quote 3-4 weeks on most products. Carbon Fiber hoods are just now comming online so there was some delay with them.

Why do you have a picture of a bodykit that was produced by a different company representing your product? There is no mention that the picture was "borrowed" from another company. To me that seems like false advertisement. We all know that particular picture of that bodykit was product by Yatt.
