I wouldn't be "giving them the benefit of a doubt", that's for sure. They are the ones trying to COME BACK to the community. Even if they did come back, I wouldn't buy directly from them... it would have to be through GZP or 3sx.

Don't start a Q&A thread and not be around to anwser questions... he should have waited until Monday to start the thread if he couldn't answer questions. Seriously, the first question was what 13 minutes after he started the thread, and he is already off the forum.

If C7 really cared or wanted to come back, they would make EVERY effort to address these questions whether it be a weekend or not.

I'm with April on this as well, they fucked up big, want back in, and are "taking the weekend off"? That doesn't strike me as much of a motivational movement back into this community, I hope the quality and fitment isn't going along with the effort into this Q&A thread...

What I meant was Im assuming he's not ignoring us but just trying to enjoy a day off. He has a lot to answer for between Ryan and himself. I agree he made the mistake of stating this thread on the weekend. Once he responds he will have a huge number of us asking more questions.

I won't buy anything from them until he PROVES that customer satisfaction is equally important to making money.

As you can see, we are very anxious to clear up issues with previous vendors....

We are hoping that you can "clear the air" and then begin providing us with "quality" products (I would like to hear what you have to say about the hood pictures earlier in this thread)....

I'll buy, as a matter of fact I've visited the C7 site numrous times but never had the balls to closeout my shopping cart. What I've been waiting for... for the longest time is a human being that represents the company to step forward an take responsibility for the production of quality parts that fit and give me a delivery date in writing. If you fuck up either of those the parts are free... If you want back into the game C7 you could try that quality parts and a delivery date in writing for awhile until you clear your name A chance at redemption and to clear the air from the scent of shady vendor bullshit.

You can't peddle third hand thru vendors with the majority of folks here and expect your vendors to take the heat for you in dealing with quality control and delivery issues. If things are different and you've instituted new paradigms then try delivery and quality in writing or it's free... It's a hard road back and could be costly, but it's a way back and a chance at redemption.
