All injectors actually flow less that they are rated for generally. For example, Denso 720cc injectors I had flowed only did 695-700cc. I've also done some PTE 680cc injectors and they only flowed about 635cc so don't worry about not being able to get the exact cc number your injectors are named.

Just got my evo maf wired up today and flashed the car. I've adjusted the maf tables for the evo maf and the injector size and latency. It's starting up and idles good, but it struggles if I try to add any throttle, and after idling for a 3-15sec time period it just dies. I am running this on my 92, so how do I go able disabling the 2 missing 02 sensors. Any other steps I'm missing?

If all you swapped in was an EVO MAF, the only 2 things that need to be changed to the EVO values are the MAF Size and MAF Adder values. Everything else should stay stock.

This is the first time I have tried to start the car since I swapped to a flashed ecu. The car start then slowly rolls lean on the wb, until it eventually leans out until the car shuts off. I have tried playing with latency, injector size, and fuel trims. No matter what I do the car leans out so much that it doesn't even show a reading on the wb and the car dies. Where do I need to be looking to troubleshoot?

Just chrome flashed my car and it runs great so far. Idle is better then ever. Greg and gatecrasher, thank you for all the work you've put into this. I'll definitely show the appreciation later tonight

Are you still running stock injectors?

No, sorry I didnt clarify. I have rc 550cc injectors. Nothing I do seems to change the situation. I know I wired the evo maf plug correctly, my car has been sitting a while so there could be clogged injectors or something along those lines, but the car can start and idle at 1200-1500 rpms perfect, then a/f goes way lean. I have some evoscan logs if they would help any. The 02's don't seem to be cycling. Thank you so much Greg for taking the time to help me with this, I've just been playing with car since 9:30 this morning and have kinda hit a wall.

My suggestion would be to get it back on stock maf/injectors. It will make troubleshooting much easier IMO

What were the exact values you changed in the ecuflash?

For me, I have evo 560cc injectors with a stock maf. Here's the settings I changed:

    Injector size scaling - 565 cc/min
Injector battery voltage - 4.69>3.315, 7.03>1.680, 9.38>1.035, 11.72>0.675, 14.06>0.435, 16.41>0.270, 18.68>0.150 (copied over from an evo flash, I believe you don't have to change this with rc 550cc injectors but I could be wrong here)
    Desired idle neutral - 180>852, 171>852
    Desired idle drive - 180>852, 171>852, 122>852
    ECU periphery2 bits - only ones set to 1 are 00, 04, 05, 06, 08 (just like aaronstate mentioned)
