What I did today..

New dust shields and wheel bearings



also bought these..
evo 9 MR Bilsteins!


when the car is done I will set it down on them to weigh the car and get the information needed for Bilstein to revalve the shocks to my specifications. I'll also be fitting coilover sleeves, etc.

Let me know how that goes. I love the Bilstein's on my Legacy and would love to have something like this on my VR-4

Took Wire brush and cleaner to all the little corners and stuff on my center console to get a bunch of nasty out from the previous owners. Eww i dont understand how anyone can let one part of their car get so dirty.

Reconditioned some misc interior parts that were fadded, stained, purple, etc.



They almost match perfectly! I vacuumed the carpets after this fyi. Its a sunday thing to clean meh carr

moved all the car parts i have for all the 8,976 future-projects i have--into a storage unit. i won't be seeing any of that stuff for 4 years. i can only hope that it will all eventually come to fruition. it's abysmally depressing.

paul, milt doesn't have room & he's going to be moving in a few months. additionally, should anything catastrophic happen, having my possessions in a pre-paid storage unit is much less hassle than having to deal with trying to get my property released to me from the estate of someone else.

blackmount, i'm moving overseas. fortune has NOT smiled on me this year...and my stroker 16g project is still parts waiting for assembly. beyond that, i've also got a lot more projects i have parts for. i was trying to finish one at a time before i completely drown myself in parts. waiting to be done:

-sail panel conversion
-rear crashbar swap
-bumper bracket install
-front bumper modification
-side mirror conversion
-custom spoiler conversion
-door hinge conversion

...and that's just what i remember off the top of my head. i also have an essentially complete upper-half of a donor engine i need to sell....along with a complete 2g 3kgt rear-end cosmetic conversion. i'd actually donate all the stuff i don't need/can't use to the NG for fundraising...but i haven't a fawking clue how to get it up to MI.

p.s.
and oh yeah...i still need a junk 1g 3kgt bumper for my project, but i'm not even LOOKING at this point. maybe someone wants to swap shit or something....

i bought oohnoo's deft VLS kit and i need to install it. i also bought j.parker's kaze aerocraft mirrors which also need to be installed--if parker ever gets me pics of how to do it.
