Did you get different rear springs or deal with the springs not sitting on the perch right?

The previous owner had already installed KYB GR2s. The springs sat perfectly in the bottom seat, I did have to adjust the rubber in the top hat a bit for a perfect seat at top. But it was easy to do so, fed in the top hat then gave the whole thing a less than a quarter turn to the mounting point on the bottom. Bolted in and sat perfectly.

So I'm not sure if the previous owner swapped it out, or it just wasn't as big of a deal as I read about? I seem to remember having to do something similar on my '95 FWD when I installed my Intrax, but that was so long ago I can't remember for sure.

Dude likes to be different and for that I admire him even more. Anybody who meet him knows how cool of a guy he is. You get used to the colors, and like me even come to like/welcome them.

At first I wasn't crazy about the color scheme either but then it grew on me. By the time we got to the front, I'm the one who suggested Magenta on the DS IC pipe.

I really like them so far. Front needs to come down more. And i think i need to tune them some...more understeer now... I have the fronts 15/32 and 12/32 on the rear for dampening. Dont think thats a right adjustment lol. I need a track guru. Turn in response improved grately tho. I like the stiffness. Its not much more then the ecs was. Overall i like the handling better except for the understeer. But as long as i dont dive hard into a turn i should be fine. Se new tires would help alot. Lol
