SSM - what happened to them?

We comp'd enough people that warrens products fucked over.

We gain nothing from ssm going out of business, or leaving the platform or forums. they in no way shape or form affect our dealings with cxracing or our business. We had dealings with cxracing long before they showed up on the scene, and will continue to do business with them long after ssm is gone. Nothing changes whether they are around or not.

I gave my warning and opinions because people should know they are being swindled, and who they are being swindled by. Ssm has been playing this game with warren from the beginning, all I did was point it out. My apologies if this ruined your wet dreams about them.

Just to let everyone know i havent gone anywhere. as far as the sponsorship here i received a pm from alan stating that my membership renewal was due. i replied by saying i will not be renewing for now, reason being is that im far behind.

so i told him i will be staying away from the forums until i get caught up, people refunded, and get new staff.

When will I get my refund Chatz "Jesse"? Seriously, I can't count the number of discrepancies in what you say via email about ship times and other issues regarding my order. No you can not always be reached via email. I've sent emails, and even mailed correspondence to you at your business address with no response. I've called multiple times only to reach your voice-mail and never receive a response. You have had the parts returned to you for some time, what is the hold up on my refund? Commit to a date and I hope its before 30 September when I receive the refund, not you promising to send it out or saying its in the mail.

What were you doing in Vegas? I know if my company was having issues I would be right there on the ground level fixing it. Maybe you can help dispel rumors with a factual response. How about Warren still working at your shop? You have been deceptive about that as well. Fact of the matter is that you have been absolutely poor at communication. If things are running a-muck in the internet chatter world, then you have had plenty of opportunities to respond and intervene either here or the other site "3SI". Instead no one from your company is trying to engage the customers and working on resolving the issues. I mean you will say one thing, but its open ended. How long have you been saying I would get a refund and I'm still waiting on it. It could be just like multiple ship dates that you missed or telling me that my headers were the latest revision, or telling me you will send me pictures time and time again before the kit ships. At this point I can't believe a thing you say. You have dug you own hole and have made one a not so great impression for only being in business for a year.

Stop trying to delay and make excuses. You should be giving everyone a hard date starting with the first person in line. You've already gone too far and I don't see your business recovering because too many people are already out of money with a lack of business ethics on your end. If I was involved you'd be getting a letter from my lawyer and a court date to sue you for all that I could because you haven't been handling any of this well. I'd advise you to start a payment plan refunding everyone, drop the 3S business, and get another job. You never should have hired Warren because that did a world of hurt to your business. If you had been around the 3S community much longer you would have realize you weren't going to succeed at this. I'm not trying to be harsh but the results, unsatisfied customers, and unfulfilled orders speak for themselves.

with respect bob, GZP should stay the hell out of this. it's no different than IPS jumping all over a "hate on 3sx" thread. less competition as a vendor is a CLEAR alterior motive for anyone. one post, maybe two--that's sufficient. ongoing rants just come across as catharsis for someone who was also caught with their ass in a sling.

Same story you like to stick to vague answers. Even when you tried to provide tracking numbers there were not real, as in package being shipped. Go back and read through all of our emails, and see why I am fed up with a vague answer or non-answer from you. If I were in your position I would be pro-active and start contacting people instead of it always being them trying to contact you with next to zero affect. Either way, you have my letter via the postal service that formally requested the refund and detailed the issues I had with this whole ordeal. Hopefully, you have the refund to me by 30 September. That is a date I've set since you can't commit to one. After that, a judge can decide the issue. Not playing around with this due to the amount of money concerned and how you have handled the situation from the start.

I currently have "business" with GZP, but it involves no money loss....

SSM, on the other hand "appears" to be delinquent on many accounts...
