SSM - what happened to them?

I'm going after them, hope others do as well, so SSM never gets the chance to screw anyone else over again. If they do it once and get away with it, they will do it again under another company name. SSM has until 30 September to get me my refund as I've already sent them the legal document informing them of the deadline and my intent to file a court action against them the day after if I have not received payment. I assume they will just ignore that too, thinking most people won't go to that extent. Just like Warren before he was able to make off with a lot of money with no legal ramifications and SSM appears to be doing the same thing.

You know this situation is likely to repeat because 3S owners are constantly looking for a cheaper supplier for parts. I would rather go to an established proven vendor but I can understand the need for lower price. I just think many people that make that choice haven't fully considered the risk / reward. That and remembering that a purchase of parts needs to consider support of those parts over their useful life.

"getting away with it" isn't unique to SSM, LMI, or even just the 3/s world. it seems rather common, imho.

Emili, you need to grow up. SSM seems to have done wrong, and SSM's customers are here discussing and advising others about it; you are not doing anything but showing hate - we get it already, move on.

As far as I'm concerned, no vendor should be allowed to "chime in" when another vendor is being discussed as it's a conflict of interest (esp. sub-contracted individuals.) IF this community of owners is who they HAVE BEEN, then vendors like this will be delt with - and the whole "won't wait for another victim" excuse for moving a discussion past rational to argumentative (esp. for a vendor to seemingly pick fights with potential customers) is just plain stupid.

I posted up the facts that I had in regards to them. The only opinion I had, is that Ginseng was Warren... which has proven to be true.

I will chime in when and where I feel necessary, but thank you for your opinion on the matter.

Any proof on this? I had heard a rumour but nothing 100% for sure. How do you know this?

No solid proof. But I had suspected it for a bit, since there is no trail or proof that he's the person he states he is (no facebook, no trace on the internet, ANYWHERE). His posts "sound" like warren, and jumps in to smooth things over for SSM, but is such a new figure at the business? Don't play that BS with me.

Then that guy that got screwed by warren on 3si for the engine, but it wasn't an SSM deal, called him out as Warren. And the way he replied to some posts.... I'd be willing to put money on it.


My thread is for sure on 3si, I believe I linked it over here as well... as I think it all came about just before this site was started?? I can't remember exactly.

I had no solid proof that Warren was Ginseng at the time I made that post. It's been proven that he is.
