I don't need to say anything to make their hole a deeper one. They did that on their own. I was responding to Patryn about his td05 kit since those headers he did receive started life as CX Racing headers (which we have dealt with). I said nothing more in the matter, so with respect... mind your business and I will mind mine.

for the love of god, can we PLEASE just keep this between the mods, SSM, and the people who actually ordered stuff from SSM?

I think you can tell a lot about a business by how they handle things. How they present a message how they convey a message.

I've stayed out of this so far.

This statement make me feel I need to add some information.

The staff at 3stgo has been reviewing posts and issues related to your business. Accepting a business as a sponsor of 3SGTO says that we support that business. Until we see how some of the current issues are resolved we do not feel we can show that support to SSM.

When the current issues have been resolved we will re-evaluate our position.

Now when you compare his statement to the PM's the result is the same and SSM is not currently a sponsor. While the result is the same to me the post made by Chatzvr4 conveys a very different message.

    Draw your own conclusions.

Unfortunately, looks like I'm having to take SSM to court in order to get a refund. Filed the papers today, after trying to give Chatz/Jesse one last opportunity to actually pick up a phone and call in order to come to some type of agreement. So far I have not seen one cent of a refund since returning the kit, so on to the next level of dealing with SSM.

If anyone is in a similar situation where court is the last resort, let me know, I can try walk you through the process, if you have have exhausted all means of dealing with SSM and your patience is run out with them.
