He didn't post in here saying he was going to run 9s in a neon, or any other ridiculous shit like that. He just wanted to share his enthusiasm of cars on a CAR FORUM. If it really bothers you that much just move along, there is no sense in picking on people when they did nothing to deserve it. If he came in here like Steve68 and started spewing bullshit - that is one thing. However, he just posted some pictures and talked about his goals for the cars.

The neon is NOT stock, but looks it

Try on a built 2.4L (not turbo but will be when I get oil feed and return lines setup and coolant lines setup.)
Your right it's a NEON, but then that's makes it all the more funner when people realize a NEON beat them. No I don't act it's the fastest thing in the world, I know it's not, heck I'm neck and neck with a 2007 Toyota Tacoma 4.0L.

Also, it's an ACR, Car is a no frills car, it came with less options than a base model stealth. Also means it weighs less, something people at the Auto-X course appreciate, and don't just go haha it's a Neon.

You'd think being owners of cars that are generally flamed alot by other car enthusiasts would teach everybody to be a little more understanding about other people's passion. I'd rather see someone out there having fun with a neon, than owning a car they sware at and hate everyday just because it isnt a corvette or 2011 mustang.

This is what cars are all about dude...passion for what you love. Not status or impressing others.

Yes, Thadd I do indeed remember the Stealth from 3Si...I also remember the kid taking all the bashing pretty damn well. Yes, he brought some of it on, but then he stood tall like a man and took his licking. We're not continuing bullshit drama from there...here.

jeremy, there's also the fact that so far the "nicest" vehicles he's owned were a stelath & two conquest/starions; and he managed to shitcan the starion/conquest & sold the stealth after giving it the "trans am" makeover.

My first car was a rusted out Supra at 18. $2k, and I sold it for $1.2k. Considering I fell in love with driving in that turd, it was money well spent. Have fun with the Neon, those ACRs can be pretty quick little things.
