The thread we have all posted our info into is a common thread. It's just setup in a way that means you can only see your own thread. Your thread prob counts views every time you look at it or every time Alan looks at the entire thread.

I'm aware of how the forum software works but you seem to misunderstand it. And, Uhhh, no - each person posts their own thread in that category. Per the admin, only he (and/or mods?) can see new threads there plus the OP. Thread view count is specific to the individual thread not the category. My point re: view count is that my info has been seen and rejected (since no approval obtained).

No stealthee, I did not view my post 8 times. That's not the frickin point anyway. Is the overall concept too difficult to grasp?

It's become the principle pertaining to personal information vs. what was said would occur to protect said info (i.e. - remove off server once viewed/printed/copied/whatever) and especially since the edit capability of the OP has been disabled in that category.

i don't care if i have to be "unverified". no one likes or trusts me anyways (well, except bob). it won't really make an ounce of difference.

I posted all required info (also a picture of license and a piece of mail) last night. The thread is still there....almost 24 hours later, and has had 11 views. I know that I didn't view it that many times? I just want the info hard copied/filed and the thread deleted. I guess everybody must have posted info at the same time to have such a backlog!

I could care less about my post count. Some peoples posts here indicate they ONLY posted a pic of the DL and a bill.

tell you what, if i'm not available by thread, pm, email or letter sent to my residence; you can ban me from the forum.

i'm NOT going to hand out my primary contact number. it's that way for a reason. i get recalled on that number; and i HAVE to answer it when it rings--for that reason. i'm not going to have it published for tom, dick, and harry, telemarketers, soliciters, etc. i don't care if only alan has it. i'm NOT giving my phone number out.

my continued use of 3si's classifieds is solely dependent upon my ability to sell on this forum. period.
