Hello folks, it's been a long minute since I've posted on this forum but some of you may (probably don't) remember that back around March of last year I was asking questions about the quad tip exhaust sold on 3swarehouses website. Well I went ahead and bought me one way back when and since then have been having nothing but trouble from GZP... Hans is the owner right? Here's the short version of what happened. I placed my order and was given the run around for MONTHS about why my exhaust hadn't shipped yet. Finally I asked for a refund and was led on again for another few months until they finally started ignoring my calls and my emails. I can't get thru to these guys. I paid around $600 for the exhaust system that I never received and I was never refunded. What do you folks suggest I do here? I don't mean to stir trouble either since these guys seem to have a pretty good reputation in the 3S community. At this point I'm not sure where to turn so here I am!

I would start a buyer/seller review thread here and on 3si.org
Copy EVERY piece of communication in there including your proof of payment.
If they don't make it right that way, small claims court is next.
Personally, wouldn't care about their rep if you're getting the runaround for months.
Well, they do have a reputation, but unfortunately you were misinformed about what their rep was.
Say it ain't so...

ill put my two cents in..
i ordered a couple years ago just a pair of silicon radiator hoses. they were black friday sales and they were just generic. sure enough communication broke down, no responses and if i did get one it was an excuse for why they screwed up. i actually talked with Hans at BRG and he seems very cool and it was tough to not bring up the issue about the hoses but it was a gathering and i didnt wanna start off being upset and creating conflict.
long story short, i bothered them enough that they sent me actual mishimotos as a replacement. they didnt tell me until then that their "supplier" was the one that screwed up and i was ok with that since i got a better hose but it took way too long. it seems like they are just as clueless about shipping times and logistics as the customers are.
just recently i ordered some very basic things like an oil filter, fuel filter, and i forget what else. sure enough that all shipped in less than a week and i actually had good communication with GZP.
its hard to put a solid review on them because i have had " 1 star" and "5 star" experiences. really i think its just hit or miss based on time of year, holidays, etc. ive said it many times they need to just stick with the performance side of it and really fix their ordering system if they cant find good people to help keep it in order and keep happy customers.
the verdict? if you want the same parts for cheaper than 3sx or similar site, order here but plan on it being a long time before you get them. i use GZP only for parts that i will need at some point down the road but not immediately so i can save money where i can. ive always received my items so until i have an issue with them not being delivered ill keep ordering. most people it seems get either a really awesome experience or a real sh*tty one, there is no in between. hopefully that helps.
Got one head torqued down and couldn't find the last washer for the other, so I threw the cams in.
