My male is 160 lbs and his sister is 70 lbs. They are my kids. I don;t mind small dogs, I can't stand little yappers though!!! They drive me nuts?!?!?

Personally, I'd wager that about 50% of big-dog die-hards are compensating for something. When I see a guy driving a lifted truck that has a decal proudly announcing that he owns a pit/bull-mastiff/rotty....I'm 99% certain that he has a micro-penis.

I agree about yippy dogs. I love milt, but his schnauzers can get annoying pretty fast. Kylie, on the other hand, is just a tiny ball of sweetness--especially to complete strangers. Even if I weren't married, I'd never get a chance to be single--she's too damn cute; all I'd have to do is take her for a walk around attractive women.

People buy dogs that they prefer, some are compensating douches, but I'd imagine most are not.
