    That is exactly what I was going to do next. I haven't done it yet because I am not sure how to cover up the areas where I would remove the fins from without repainting the bumper.

    Awesome! Post pics when you do it. I wanted to "splice" those into my 97 bumper and try the same thing.

    Finally did it. Needs to be gone over when I repaint the car, but for now it works. Will grab better pics later

    I'm glad to see some of my ideas have gotten people interested and they've tried it out. I'm dragging ASS on getting my shit done.

    Someday, I hope to put it all together. 1997 bumper, 2g r/t headlight surrounds, 1g 3k bumper vents (clipped), 1999 2-piece lip, and a splitter.

    Yeah it looks pretty good. There's a part of my conscience that cant stand it because of the shitty job I did cutting it out. My front bumper is a piece of crap so for now it works. Thinking about making the front middle opening a little bit bigger to get a little more air to the rad/condenser.
