I am having a weird issue while logging on Evoscan 2.6. I was looking through a 3rd gear pull and noticed my RPM's do not increase the entire time. It will go from 4718, 4875, to 4750. Is it possible I am just logging too many items at once or the baud rate is setup to be too slow? I have attached a link to the log as well.

These can also be caused by bumps in the road.

I know you need the Tactrix 2.0 cable to flash, but can you still use the old 1.3U cable to log only? The 2.0 seems a lot slower than what people are reporting they get out of the 1.3 cables. I'm getting about 90 items per second and sounds like 1.3 gets around 180 items per second. Or are there any tricks to speed up the 2.0 cable? I've reduced the number of items I'm logging, and turn off "Log data to screen" and can maybe get right about 100 items per second maximum. My baudrate is set to the default 15625, and unless I'm mistaken you can't change that unless your ECU code allows for higher baudrates (EVO, etc).

    Suggestions?

Yea you can use the 1.3 to log and the rates are almost double!

We can experiment with baud rates if you'd like. Shoot me an email and lets try some stuff!

I see what you mean. I'm running Antero's harness, so it is just a 2.5mm stereo jack. I'm sure you could just cut your reflash connector and extend it. I'm just worried about kicking the thing and breaking the tactrix.

....it's giving me some ideas though. I could hide one in the glovebox so all I need to do is open it for my USB cable. The other could stay in the stock location for inspection time.
