What about a Nylon hose? Like a stiffer, and manufactured for the heat..

today i have done nothing so far, altho i may be taking the car to six flags.

yesteday i took the wife for her first drive in the newly installed seats however!

drove me n the wife down to the city and back to go visit the barnes foundation.

our observations after a few hours in the seats:

me: these seats will be just fine for long drives, no cutting off circulation or butt numbness. great lumbar support, very comfortable yet firm cushioning and they really feel like they secure you without any discomfort. very happy with the change. heavier folks may have some issue with these seats however, at 6' and 185lbs they fit perfectly.

wife: the difference took a little getting used to but after about an hour in the seat she thinks it is an overall improvement. she says compared to the old seats she feels more support and thinks it is easier to get in and out of the car.

    so there's our 2c

and now for some pics installed!

they feel fantastic. may at some point install roll bar and harnesses, let's see what happens at the track next week.

Those look very similar to my Recaro's, perhaps the newer model out. I like mine a lot as well, I can do a 10 hour trip in them no problem!

Trying to find a new route for my A/F gauge Oxygen Sensor thru the firewall or floor to the new bung location on my exhaust.... The two holes in the firewall on either side have too much stuff going throug them already to add this thick cable...... sigh...... Sensor bung used to be on the test pipe but it suggested I move it closer to the engine, so they installed a new bung for me there. I thought I could do the rest myself.
Miss my A/F gauge.... I have to get from the drivers side floor over to the exhaust under the firewall on the passenger side.
If anyone has ideas it would be appreciated. A trip to the wreckers usually helps me get a better view of where things are on my car too LOLOL.
    Thanks,

thar be a hole behind the ecu on the floor that works perfect. Factory used it for the narrowbands in the federal NAs.

TRADE ME SEATS! Lol those are very nice, how much did you pay for them? Thinking about putting my leather seats up for sale to get some similar ones.

What did you use for rails? And how's the position compared to stock? Do you sit higher, lower, about the same?
