You should put a thread up on how to do this, I've been wanting to do similar for quite some time now!

Thanks man, and no I guess not lol.
Idk, white car, sunroof? I don't think it's that bad, worst part is the leather seats! As long as I keep a reflector in the window though it's not too bad, idk I guess it's because I grew up here.

I followed a tutorial from a site called flyin miata or something like that and looked at a how to rebuild steering rack for a 3000gt and just kinda put the two together.
Here's the miata how to.. Worked pretty well. If I have some free time I'll depower my other steering rack with pictures.

What's that called anyway? I tried to get a new one, but parts guy at dealership said you couldn't buy it alone. He didn't sound so sure of himself though.

Iused the old one but like I mentioned they kinda shrink a bit ,one inch on each side, originally there was some glue on it.I wonder if it comes origiamlly glue together. Not sure. Iput it back on without glue. It seems stretchable buthow wouldone glue it stretch it and keepit in place. You barely notice the gaps since the spyder wont see rain,im not toworried
