You're wrong. They even talked about it during the game. Helmet to helmet is LEGAL on a runner. Mendenhall was smacked helmet to helmet on the goal line stand and there was no penalty because he was a running back. Helmet to helmet is legal on a runner.

stealthee is right, downfield it's wide open. Colt pushed the limit, and paid the price.

Brian, remember the punishing helmet to helmet Ike Taylor put on Pat White? Yeah, Pat never made that mistake again, haha.

    Why is that, Thadd?

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

I'm pumped to actually live in a city that's going to have playoff football this year. Go Texans for clinching their first division in franchise history!

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.” -- Author Unknown

Coach Todd Haley fired by Kansas City Chiefs - NFL - Sporting News

So they fire Haley, a Belichek cast-off, and promote Romeo, another Belichek cast-off and proven failure? When will people understand that just because a guy is a coordinator under Belichek doesn't mean he is a great coach. He no longer has the luxury of knowing the plays that are going to be called.
