I have heard some grumblings about AVPRO. Enough, that I decided to try Auto Velocity. I believe some people were very p oed about AVPRO service, or lack of.

The Granatelli sounds pricey, is it old? I guess even the new ones can go bad, but you need to trouble shoot it. You could prolly get a working OEM MAS from GZP (or whichever used parts place) for pretty cheap (30 to 50). The unplugging will get it in a limp mode IIRC but is inconclusive regarding if MAS is actually failing.

    edit...ECU does look okay

It's the upgraded MAF that comes with the ARC-2. I'll probably be switching back to 360's and stock maf to rule out the ARC-2 entirely. Still might send the ECU off just for the hell of it.

After all, the lifetime warranty was one of the selling points.

If your MAF is stopping you from reving past 1500k etc then unpluggin it will mean the ECU lopoks at other sensors to run but will allow you to rev all the way through the rev range. But it will run like shit.

Car runs fine when no load is on the engine. I can dance on the limiter with perfect a/f ratio in neutral, but when load is applied everything goes out the door.

How did you get your log into google docs? cut and paste?

Very strange how it won't go past 3000 in log. Did you try flooring it?

Only other thing is your spark plug gap seems large for running higher boost. But you didn't mention any knock issues.

Can't remember how I got those logs up

Yes I had the car floored, nothing works. Using DLI and non-resistor plugs to keep the gap up.

I'm almost positive that this is an electrical issue, as it acted up out of the blue on the highway. Slowly died from 55mph in 5th, downshifting would result in horrid misfiring.

You need to look at the other side of the board as well. I've seen a few boards with leakage that was hard to spot on the top side, but looking at the bottom side clearly revealed damage.

Your TPS log never seems to show that you floored it. Also, does it bottom out @ 8.5%? Are you using MMCD? TB closed should be close to the same regardless, mine is closed @ 12.5%, and maxes out @ 80 something.

Those logs are pretty old, my tps is at 7.25 now and WOT is around 90 because of the CC delete. I'll post a couple pics of the underside of the board in a couple seconds.
