Sarcasm much? I could also put two self tapping screw into the original bracket where the bolt holes are on the clone ECU.

No sarcasm Steve, I was being truthful.
I thought about using those holes too, but that would only secure that end.

Installed the new Directed smart start module that was required due to Directed switching carriers.

Also this bundle of wires used to be below the OBDII port bracket in the way:

Added the need things to protect the wires from the sharp metal edge.

Then group up the alarm wires with cloth TESA tape, leaving the AUX channels easily accessible:

Finally got some time to mess with the new car. Swapping everything from the green car to the white one. Going to try to get my new treadstone unit mounted tomorrow so I know where to start trimming the bumper for fitment. Also wish I had the rest of the true black interior.

Made some L brackets. The mounting holes I had them weld on lined up perfectly with the 2 upper inner crash bar holes. Just need to trim the bumper for max airflow and it's in for good.

Never, ever buy headlights from BriteASSLED. I had a pair in my VX, one failed after about 2 years. The problem is, you can't get hold of them. There's no response to calls; their voicemail is full. There's no response to filling out a form on their website. And they don't list parts, so buying 1 headlight or 1 module for them...is a no-go.

    Stay away.

My middle son and I (I was the tool bitch) did a 60K on my 92TT. He made it look easy
Got new hood struts today for the TT, and will install tomorrow (hood will NOT stay up in the cold, at all).

Hoping the car will last for another 60K (It's close to 200K on the odometer right now!)

Received my steering wheel that I sent out for custom work:

Alacantara suede, yellow stitching, and a steering dial.

As someone who was redone a couple wheels, that looks very nice.
