Which would most likely be textbook careless driving/failure to maintain. In a single car accident, you can pretty much count on getting ticketed unless there are extenuating circumstances.

No ice needed. That's a 707 hp rwd car in 30 degree weather. One blip of the throttle can send the ass end around. Reads as (careless) operator error to me.
