I thought it was alright, had its funny moments and a good lesson:
Addiction to porn is less detrimental to a relationship than women watching a bunch of romance movies because porn only fucks up your expectations for sex.

Wasn't stellar but it wasn't bad either. Did kinda drag.


Also, Star Wars Ep 6. 6/10
Obviously not my first time watching it, but watched it again last night as well. So many plot holes and issues. C3PO is still terrible Boba is still overrated and the Ewoks still deserve to die in the aftermath f a giant battle station exploding over their planet. I enjoy the SW movies, but the story and dialogue of 6 has always been meh.

True enough. That said, the climax between vader & luke on the death star makes the entire movie worth watching--my favorite of all star wards.

Hmm..I actually put the Obi v Anakin ahead of Vader v Luke (and Vader and Luke v Palpatine) for my favorite fight of all of them even if the rest of ep3 was fairly rubbish.

too comical. too showy. 6 worked because the set was static and it was just emotions playing against each other. 3 had some emotion, but you couldn't get lost in it because there was too much "oh cool, let's throw even more shit into the screen" george lucas crap.

All that had Hayden Christensen was held back by the fact he can't play anything but a whiny bitch...

I just liked he fact that anakin got his as cut and burned up. I think McGregor did an excellent job with his delivery of Obiwan in that fight, but yes Hayden did drag down everything. As he did everything else in the first three movies.

GODZILLA

was a fun movie, reminded me a lot of old monster movies (which was part of the director's intent; felt like old godzilla movies, king kong, jaws, etc.). good effects, good length for what it was. if you like old action and old monster movies, go see it.
10000000000000x better than Hollywood's 1998's GINO (Godzilla In Name Only) attempt at Godzilla.

Godzilla destruction was beyond everything you could expext. I loved it. I threw my fists up cheering like 3 times.

Nymphomaniac (part 1&2). 7/10. I only saw the "abridged and censored" version. No idea where to see the unedited version...nor do I really care--I have redtube if I want to see explicit hardcore action. I saw a few plot-holes but nothing along the lines of Hunger Games. From a psychological perspective, there were several things that didn't compute...but if you can suspend disbelief, it's somewhat intriguing. Definitely not for everyone though. And I think the selection of a rather homely actress as the lead was a good thing. If they put Scar-Jo in there, the movie would have lost a lot of the dramatic interplay between characters...it would have all dissolved into raw sexual appeal.
