I'm not sure... Something does look funny with the blur of the stock as it moves...

Not sure what the motivation would be for faking something like that. Youtube hits?

Yeah, I kept replaying the slow motion portion at the end. I can't find a reason for the stock and barrel to move like it does, other than the explosion doing it. I see the stock/barrel blur when it moves, but the hand stays still.

Also, he'd probably have some sort of debris/burns to his eyes after that. Just feels fake to me.

I assume alcohol poisoning?

When I went in, I had very little alcohol in me. Had a drink watching Top Shot that night. Asked the doctor and she said alcohol doesn't play a hand in kidney stones. Typically calcium build up or consistently holding it in when you have to go. That and family genetics. Pain depends on shape and size. When it got bad, it was indescribable pain. To the point I couldn't walk and even talking hurt. Anyway, I derailed this thread.

Tldr; Don't get kidney stones.

From what I understand people who drink a lot of beer rarely get them because they stay flushed out. People who don't drink a lot of water (or beer) and only drink coke and tea are much more likely to get them.
