Looks way better, nice job.

Installed my ips fuel hat and took it for a drive, leaked badly. Pulled it back out, swapped gaskets and put it back in. Made sure everything was tight, took it for a drive and its still leaking. I think it's splashing up and leaking through where the studs go through the metal hat for the wires. Going to wrap the an fitting where it connects with paper towel and plastic just to verify its not leaking from there.
I got the rear valve cover polished so now I'm just waiting on getting the powder, air filter/dryer, & hooking up the dedicated powder-coating oven...I really hope these turn out as expected 'cause I've put some time into the sanding & polishing of them.

What color are you powdercoating them? If it's not a translucent/candy/black chrome you didn't really need to polish it.

FYI, I'm using one of these... it's an industrial disconnect for a Mitsubishi Forklift. It's the same thing you've depicted except it cost $15 on E-bay. They come in Red or Grey and are rated for 175 amps and 600V (high voltage). My battery is located in the trunk. I love the snap disconnect. I can go to the trunk and unplug the battery and remove it very quickly. It also has a bridge lock so if your racign you can lock it down and tie it to an inline breaker.
