95A? That's basically solid. A bowling ball is 100 on the hardness scale. No give at all?
No give, the differential bushings are a softer poly.. 74 iirc

To do all the suspension bushings, I'm not sure.. I will be finding out, it really depends though.. obviously things are easier if a universal bushing fits, it's cheap and easy, if I need to buy a polyurethane rod it really can depend. There are not a lot of places to get them and they don't do small orders. I found a company that uses an ebay page to sell off their excess and was able to buy a 7" rod of the size I needed for the subframe mounts. If their selling a longer rod (most of the time, they are) then it's a lot more expensive.. $60 shipped for a 48" rod when I need 1/5th of it, just plain sucks.

I've spent $100 on bushings so far, I haven't thought about the front end much as I'm doing my build in stages, Rear first. when the rear end is bolted up then I'll move onto the front.. depending on when I get my subframe back from the powder coater depends on when it gets done.
my goal is feb 1st... I have a lot of stuff to do with the front end (steering rack, sway bar, bushings, ball joints, etc.) and I have to be done in time for UMG in May.

P.S. I'm picking up a full evo 9 MR Bilstein suspension set for $200 today from a local guy.
I'll be making coilovers out of them and getting them revalved, once everthing is done and the car is on the ground so I can take weights/measurements.

Starting to get really excited about my build as more and more things are coming together, still making decisions with what I want to go with though.

Not sure if you want to make all the info public but if you can pm me some of your sources on ebay and sizes of the bushings, it would help me a lot.

My AWD rear end is out and getting cleaned up. New bushings would be great! Your post came at the perfect time for me.

    What I did today..

New dust shields and wheel bearings

    also bought these..
    evo 9 MR Bilsteins!

when the car is done I will set it down on them to weigh the car and get the information needed for Bilstein to revalve the shocks to my specifications. I'll also be fitting coilover sleeves, etc.

The ebay store is bestsource4urethane, the Energy suspension stuff I got from energysuspensionparts.com
It is going to require custom work and A LOT of measuring things.. I got a pair of digital calipers as well as a set of bore gauges and a few of the plastic calipers from HF so I could have a pair everywhere..

I know what you mean.. I dropped the rear subframe last year for AWS delete and didn't replace any of the bushings, just wire wheeled my undercarriage and painted it... I couldn't resist the sale 3sx had on their sway bars and decided to go all out with my suspension, really sucks dropping it again..

Could you list what size rod you used for each. i think a listing of the sizes would be great for people wanting to dot his in the future. I'm already taking notes as I know my diff bushing need to be replaced.

    Great Info!!
