Incidentally, as the species name suggests (Greek for man-eating), this particular fly is capable of parasitizing humans and causing myiasis. Fortunately, we're a dead-end accidental host, so it is not too common, but it is still a threat. The flies like laying eggs on slightly wet clothing drying on the line, then the buggers drill into the next person to wear the article. This particular beastie is actually one of the most harmless parasites you can get over there, as it causes nothing but temporary irritation.

I really don't understand how this music could be popular - even without the hilarious video, it sounds like a kid with down syndrome trying to hum along to his favorite 80s rap. LMFAO. I was actually concerned enough to looked it up, the dude is not mentally handicapped in any way, though he sure does a good job sounding like it.
