I would expect the B12 to split the exit fees A&M and Mizzou will pay... Based on the actions of the B12 when NU and CU left, I won't be surprised if Texas & OU get behind giving WVU a larger share of the fees in order to make the transition into the B12 as smooth as possible. Wishful thinking for long term stability at least.

I'd say you're on point with that thinking. I figure the B12 will help us some in the pocketbook department of getting out of the BE.

Chuck Neinas, the interim commissioner of the Big 12 Conference, said the conference would be willing to help West Virginia financially if it needs it in its effort to get out of the Big East in time to play in the conference next year.
