    I do not want arguing on this site if people can be mature and have an adult discussion that is fine. Some of the more recent comment in this thread have been less that mature and if that continues the thread will end.

    You can have a disagreement and dispute without saying things to insult or hurt the other party.

    You don't know our business practices. You saw one thread, with one unhappy customer, that was allowed to turn into a circus of uninvolved people. Then, when our customers, who are unhappy with the way we are being (wrongly) portrayed, speak up on our behalf... the content is removed. How, may I ask, does that allow us to FAIRLY clear the air regarding our business?

New rules are implemented (unfairly and with extreme bias) in order to silence the positive feedback we are now receiving,.. and for NO OTHER REASON other than to remove the content that paints us in a favorable light.

    Moderators and administrators are allowed to make baseless accusations against us, post up false, and defamatory information, and poke fun at our resolution and current situation, yet we are not allowed to confront them about this, or have the false information censored and removed. We are being accused (by the administrative staff) of having other outstanding (and recent) bad dealings, yet NO ONE will give us any information on who these people are, or what the situation is so we can let our side be heard, and verify that there even IS an issue? Rumors of fraud investigations are allowed to circulate, which are 100% FALSE.

    I am ALL for an open and civil discussion with the parties directly involved, because all I've been after, for the last FIVE YEARS, is to clear the air regarding GZP's history. And no one has allowed us to do that. I have been asking for FIVE YEARS, for a resolution center. I have been asking for FIVE YEARS to be allowed to pay anyone that is owed from GZP back. I have been asking for FIVE YEARS to be allowed to clear up whatever mess GZP made BEFORE I WAS EVEN AROUND. I have been repeatedly LIED TO, ignored, and flat out denied the opportunity to make right on whatever wrongs occurred.

    So, by all means, please tell me how fair this administrative staff over at 3si is, and how unbiased they are in this situation. I have been told to bite my tongue, as "it would be in my best interest to keep quiet". I bit my tongue, and now it's biting me in the ass. I want this RESOLVED, not brushed under the rug for another 5 years while our business is defamed by people who have never dealt with us, based on pure LIES and misinformation.

    This is Hans and my BUSINESS and LIVELIHOOD. It is in EVERYONES best interest to allow us to resolve any outstanding issues, and allow those who have had a positive experience with us speak about it. We are not the devils you all make us out to be. You are doing those customers who are owed anything a disservice by not allowing us to resolve whatever issues there may be (which, I've yet to see the onslaught of wronged customers everyone expected to see come running out of the woodwork).

    Why are people not allowed to speak on our behalf about their good experiences? There are TWO SIDES to every situation... and we're not allowed to have our side heard.

    And Alan... don't get me started on your hypocritical actions regarding this situation as well. You are just as much to blame as the rest of them... you stood in the way of us resolving issues just like LW and dpfsharkbait.
