The idea behind this i guess is that you only live once. I fully intend to take advantage of every single day I'm alive by eating and drinking and fucking whatever my little heart desires.

I say slim down if you're unhappy Karen. A good method of burning off excess weight is to work out your legs and back as they consume the most energy when put through a good workout. Cutting your meals down to a mere 500 calories a day is downright insane and more unhealthy than being obese itself, you'll be on the borderline of not having enough nutrients and vitamins to keep your body going. Also, don't lose the weight too fast! Your body will register the rapid loss as something going wrong resulting in it "stockpiling" whatever it can after you've lost all that weight. It happens to about 90% of people that are losing 8lbs or more a week, a safe rate is usually in the 4lb/week range. Check out a website called Scooby'sWorkshop.com, his tutorials have helped me with a great many things such as climbing off the plateau with my weight training.

As shitty as it may be... Beer can add upward of 2lbs a week at one beer a day with a lazy lifestyle I hope everyting goes as you want it to! good luck

    No beer this week.
I'm eating like a horse and I've lost 3.5 lbs since Sunday but I know it will slow down.
My body doesn't like me too much right now. LOL
Thanks for the information on the website.

I'm sorry Granny, but isn't there an 'ask Gran' thread around here? If there is, why are you seriously asking this question? Pretty silly when you.... actually, you dont even have to think about it. It's a no brainer.
