I thought your "attorney advised you not to talk about this any further"? I guess you're learning quickly that you have absolutely no leg to stand on in court.

With that in mind, let us clarify.

You stole Marions Iphone,

When I left Mexico, I asked you if you wanted the "shop iPhone" back since I was just going to use VOIP to answer phone calls. You declined, and said you wanted a dedicated line to contact me on.

After I politely asked for my paychecks, you said you wanted the phone back, but you wouldn't even pay to have it shipped.

And then, in MULTIPLE emails, I still offered to send it back (as shown in this thread). But I needed some good faith effort on your part that you were going to pay me what you owed me. I have no use for your iPhone. And I damn well didn't steal it.

You requested that I bring it down (September 23rd), AFTER you had scraped the admin area of all the orders and tried to get away with not paying for it.

even though we did pay you ontop of our original agreement that the website was a no cash deal and only a trade for product.

You have not paid me, or else this wouldn't have been an issue.

I have not received the remainder of my bodykit for the cianciusa.com trade (and its been 21 months since I completed it for you). Additionally, you have not paid me for the work I did while I was employed with you. This is an UNRESOLVED issue. A $4,500+ unresolved issue.

You made the decisions to run a crummy business and attack your customers, I had nothing to do with that. Additionally, YOU brought this to the public eye on the forums, so you best believe you brought those damages on yourself.

And since you haven't paid for the database, the website, etc - they are not your property. Just like the header image, logo, photos that I've taken with my own camera, photos that I touched-up for you, etc are my intellectual property that you still haven't paid me for. I have contacted you privately about removing these months ago but you still continue to use them to generate business (as opposed to handling existing issues).

I will NOT stand down, Ryan. No lawyer or "can we just pay you $300 to shut you up" will work. I owe this much to the community and myself, I know I did right by you 100%.

I have found (even with my past misdeeds), that most people don't realize how easy it is to file a claim with the BBB.

Knowledge is power. Clients shouldn't have to wait 3 months to a year for a product that literally takes 1-2 days to complete.

Edit: I can't get over the fact that you decided to trash your reputation over $4500. People ask me about my Cianci parts all the time. The style, if not the fit, is first class. What do you think I tell them? Do you think I'd suggest they do business with you? IMO, no amount of money will buy back what you've thrown away.

Exactly, This is what this thread really is about, Drama. I don't have time 24/7 To power post away at every response he makes. That's why I'm doing it the proper way and going through the legal channels. If he feels he is right, then it shouldn't be a problem to address me in a court of law. All he is doing on here is mud slinging and trying to slander our name as a tactic to get back at us untill we pay him is false claim of money owed.

Let's review how it has come to this, because apparently you need to be reminded..

YOU had customers.
YOU didn't handle them.
YOU must of seen this train wreck coming from 3 miles away.
YOU outsourced your manufacturing at a sacrifice of quality, reputation, and timeliness.
YOU did not satisfy your sales contracts with your customers.
YOU repeatedly tried to quiet the complaints and delete threads on both message boards.
YOU posted a personal attack on Shaun on 3SI, believing that he would not be able to defend himself.
YOU did not work on building your company, you worked on doing everything else but..
YOU lost the faith of the entire 3000GT/Stealth/GTO community.
YOU turned a top quality body kit company into the next Erebuni. (Think about this... your company is now viewed equal to the likes of Erebuni)
YOU continually try to blame everyone else for your own faults.

Well guess what...
YOU need to look in the fucking mirror and realize the mess that YOU created. YOU are the owner, so then every move the company makes is a reflection upon you. If you cannot handle your orders, manufacturing, employees, etc. guess what... it's not on them. IT'S ON YOU. No matter how you try to twist this, this is CLEARLY all on YOU.

The best thing you can do is realize that you are at fault, handle the situation with some dignity, and move on..
