    Hot stuff!

What do you have, what do you like?

I'm all over the place, but I found this-

    http://www.scottrobertsweb.com/scoville-scale/

-and it's great, because it ranks the peppers AND the products purported to have a lot of heat.

I have several of the products - frankly, I'm leery about even uncapping most of it, because I know heat pretty well; I routinely make stuff that's too hot to eat, even for me.

At the moment, I'm trying to get beyond some Carolina Reaper jerky I just ate - it's fantastic!
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

medium wings is about all I'm good for. for me I don't want most things spicy. when I go out to eat it seems like half the menu is spicy stuff. drives me nuts.

For spicy I usually hit an authentic Thai restaurant here where the chef knows me. I'll typically do the drunken noodle or pad Thai with 10+++ spice out of a 1-10 spice scale. Currently mixing my own BBQ with pure, no fillers added dehydrated Carolina Reaper peppers - Guiness World record hottest pepper. 2x as hot as a ghost pepper, 10x hotter than an habanero, and over 800x hotter than a jalapeno.

Edit: 2/3 Sweet Baby Rays, 1/3 hot Bone Suckin Sauce, couple shakes of Carolina Reaper. Not for the faint of heart.

    Reaper is where it's at.

I have a batch of Reaper Pico I'm doling out to improve some lives and ruin others.

Wish I had an option for Thai food close by - I have next-to-no experience with it.

What I get for living at the end of the earth, I guess...

Clears out your sinuses and has a 'hurts so good' feeling to it. I love the taste of spicy food too. Most of the dishes I eat would incapacitate those not so fond of spicy foods. It's definitely something I had to work up to.

If you can find authentic Thai made by a native of Thailand, it's the best spicy food you can get in my opinion. It can be downright savage.

It's very healthy and therapeutic, Bobby.

It also proves we're much tougher than your average hombre.
