Please understand that I am a little out of my element here. That's why I took it to someone to have tuned. The value I gave you is from the datalog, not the rom. How does this affect the tune and what do I need to do to correct this issue? Thanks again everyone for all of your help!!

Hard to read on my phone. What I'm getting at is, the code has a lower IPW limit. Less IPW -> less fuel right? Well if your already running at the low limit of the injector, you can't get less fuel without lowering the limit. Make sense?

Wow, didn't see this thread. Saw your other one on 3si.
Soo many chefs in this kitchen.

According to ASA there is one ecu so there is one 02 pinout. The factory service manual also confirms one pinout for the '96 car. Mitsubishi has a few published mistakes in their manuals so I'm not saying its proof. But I have done my homework on this. However yours makes the 3rd '96 car with a possible flipped o2 issue. Unfortunately I couldn't get the Vin/Model#/Ecu# for the other two affected cars to confirm their specs and issues. But, I am looking into this.
The internal jumpers can be switched in the ecu to accommodate this situation. I appreciate your car's information.

Can you post a pic of your oem ecu for record?
Was your harness ever replaced or repaired or modified?
    What inj are you running?
What is your battery voltage at idle?

Just so anyone reading this understands. If you have a '96 I would set it up per instructions and as the website shows. The website will always have the latest information. If your low fuel trims split, (ie one goes all positive and the other negative) then you should contact me before switching the jumpers, so I can help you trouble shoot. There are other reasons for a split fuel trim besides switched O2 sensors. Most of the time I have seen its a bad O2 sensor or even two bad o2 sensors.

Ok emailed you some pics of the ecu. The harness is completely original. Battery voltage at idle is between 13-14 and I have a new alternator. I am running FIC low z 850cc injectors. Are you saying I need to switch the jumpers back to cali spec so that we can troubleshoot? I would really like to get the IPW figured out as soon as possible so I can rule this out as the culprit.

Dual fuel trims is more for emissions than drivability anyway.
You are troubleshooting too many variables.
If I were you, I would set your car to operate on one o2 sensor then figure out what is going on with your idle.
Get your low fuel trim within 5% and then turn on the dual fuel trims later.

Now that I'm at my laptop and not going off memory, Factory min IPW is 1.28 so you're not hitting that limit.

Looks like your next mod needs to either be an aftermarket FPR or setup a rewire that works like stock and uses two stock resistor packs.
