Ok. So I'll start this of by staying this car was given to me. Mechanics unpaid lien, I was owed a favor. So he's giving me this car as soon as the courthouse prints a new title. It's only had one owner.
Anyway. It's my first stealth. I've got a general knowledge of mechanics and how things work, and I'm pretty good at figuring things out.
I was told the motor has been rebuilt. The a/c compressor is off. Been sitting since '07. Wheel studs are apparently seized to the rims. If anyone can just tell me what you can see in my pictures to identify this car more, and give me more info on it...it would be awesome!
Hopefully it will let me post these pictures from my phone. Body has 27xxx miles on it. Trans was rebuilt when motor was. No miles on rebuild.

Info I would like. Guesstimate as to what year it is.
What it's worth
And what's visibly missing under the hood.

Why would a car with 27k on it need a rebuilt engine and trans?

im not sure. The guy that brought it to the shop was saying this is what was done to it. all the shop did was put the motor back into it.

Front side view.hood is sitting wierd. it has been unbolted from car.

Interior is pretty rough. smells like mildew and has some standing water on passenger floorboard. no rips in seats or anything though lol.

stock parts in trunk. plus 2 CV axles.
stock intake as well. there is also a radiator on the back seat. nothing is fancy.

I also checked in the doorpanel... the mfg sticker has been painted over. so i cant tell anything from it. same thing with the metal plate under the hood on the firewall.20140517_131902.jpg
Left side, just showing theres no body damage other than paint. and yes it is a 5speed. theres a spot around the fuel door that looks like its been sanded and primered. any input is much appreciated

Well looks like a non-turbo DOHC first gen Stealth. Should be able to get some more info from the VIN if you wanted it.

ok. ill go up to the shop here in a little bit and get the Vin#first gen is between 91-93? idk much about them. only what ive been diggin up on this site.
