    ENTJ

    I copied and pasted: http://www.humanmetrics.com/hr/JTypesResult.aspx

    Extravert(44%)**iNtuitive(38%)**Thinking(31%)**Jud ging(56%)

You have*moderate*preference of Extraversion over Introversion (44%)
You have*moderate*preference of Intuition over Sensing (38%)
You have*moderate*preference of Thinking over Feeling (31%)
You have*moderate*preference of Judging over Perceiving (56%)

You are the rarest of all personality types. Less than 2% of all individuals male, or 1% female, are ENTJ
    ENTJ

Frank, decisive, assume leadership readily. Quickly see illogical and inefficient procedures and policies, develop and implement comprehensive systems to solve organizational problems. Enjoy long-term planning and goal setting. Usually well informed, well read, enjoy expanding their knowledge and passing it on to others. Forceful in presenting their ideas.

    Famous ENTJ's:

    Steve Jobs
    Bill Gates
    Al Gore
    Franklin Roosevelt
    Certainly explains a lot..

Thanks for taking the test guys.

For those of you who see other members with similar personality types, do you happen to notice that you get along? Jason, Dave, the two Inspectors seem to get along.

Back on topic (for a few seconds?).

I reject the implication that Introversion is a personality disorder, or that it is something that needs to be "fixed". It just so happens that introverts, unlike extroverts, have the ability to let thoughts stew a bit before unleashing them upon the world.

Here's a great case study: INFJs, for example, are commonly known as the champions of moral causes. INFJs 'feel' injustice against other humans, animals or sometimes inanimate objects like ecosystems. Mahatma Gandhi, Jane Goodall and Eleanor Roosevelt to name a few.

Also interesting to note is the statistically noteworthy appearance of true psychopaths in leadership. Executive Psychopaths - Harvard Business Review

All the questions are yes/no. Some I wasn't entirely sure how to answer for various reasons. Anyway, the way I answered, I came up as ISFP. I'd honestly think I was more ISTP as I overthink EVERYTHING.

This is what it said though

    ISFP
    Introvert(89%) Sensing(25%) Feeling(12%) Perceiving(11)%

You have strong preference of Introversion over Extraversion (89%)
You have moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition (25%)
You have slight preference of Feeling over Thinking (12%)
You have slight preference of Perceiving over Judging (11%)
I missed this post. Took this test and got ISTJ.

    Introvert(11%) Sensing(1%) Thinking(50%) Judging(56%)

That link you posted in chat earlier this morning regarding celebrity personalities has this summary for the INTJ personality:

    About INTJ:

    Tenacious visionaries, oriented towards action.

Amongst the types with the highest average IQ.

Strongly linked to the Narcissistic personality.

    Linked to the Schizotypal personality.

More common in men than in women.

Repress their Extroverted Sensing function, which means they may lose touch with factual realities and fail to adapt their opinions accordingly.
I can see this being a fair assesment.

As far as the psychopath executives. Sometimes layoffs and change are required to run a profitable corporation. Unfortunately due to obsolescence humans and old systems are being optimized for efficiency and profitability. What some "feel" is chaotic and messy can often times be tied to their reluctance to accept new paradigms in an evolving market and workplace.
