Food at Hooters is awful, and prices are outrageous. The random chance that there's a big breasted women that is actually attractive working at Hooters is not worth the cost nor effort. Plenty of other places with much better food, prices and women.

I've been to Hooters in maybe 30 different cities, and some cities, in multiple locations. There's definitely a difference in food quality and waitress quality depending on where you go. The Costa Mesa, Hollywood, Ca. and Myrtle Beach, SC locations had some of the hottest waitresses you could imagine while Salt Lake City has some of the homeliest. The wings have been outstanding at the Mission Valley, Ca. and in Memphis, TN locations while they pretty much sucked at the Rancho Cordova, Ca. and Tuscon, AZ locations.

i've never even heard of tilted kilt. there used to be a pool-hall in panama city FL called "players" which was pretty kick ass though.

I have a female friend that works at tilted kilt... Her face isn't extremely photogenic (cute as hell, but not photogenic) but otherwise....
