Problem solved.. Spark plugs... Replaced the shops sparks with NGK copper. Solver all sputtering issues. Second throttle cable was lose tightened it and fixed low rpm idling. LOL... Sometimes I tell you... The small things can make a big impact on the car... Well all is good now and I have been tuning it and making timing and AFM nice and smooth. Only problem now is to figure out why my turbos can't build no more than 5psi of boost... something is not right here... If you know that answer please share it. Thank you all for your concerns and time thank you very much and I am very grateful to have a community willing to help me out.
    Good night.

I am glad you found the issue and your car is running well.
FYI I just gave you initial setting for your fuel inj. You will need to fine tune it.
It if far from tuned. haha

Also I bet your wastegates are not hooked up correctly and a boost leak would really hurt boost.

I found the best way to do modification is one change at a time. It makes trouble shooting easier.

RealMcCoy is right. The throttle cable shouldn't control your idle. That setting is easily changed in your ROM IDle tables.
