No i havent. I know the local news in Salt Lake did a story on this, but they didnt go into any details. Whats the down low?

Asperatus Clouds Rumored to be caused from our scientists playing with mother nature weather engineering. Looking into weather engineering you will find all sorts of odd things that have not existed before. I think the clouds were first classified around 2010-ish?
